| All agents assigned to your account are accessible via direct E-mail. In addition, our customers have instant on-line access to their travel plans with "Check My Trip." With your trip locator number, you can view your air, car, hotel, rail, cruise and tour booking made through Springdale Travel. |
| Automated Tracking of Unused Electronic Tickets |
| Springdale Travel utilizes software to track unused electronic tickets. Unused tickets are reissued toward the purchase of future travel. |
| Voided Tickets |
| Springdale Travel agents void all issued airline tickets which are cancelled prior to remittance to the Airline Reporting Corporation, including tickets booked through our website's online booking engine.* This allows company employees to avoid all penalties related to non-refundable tickets which are voided. |
| *Tickets booked through an airline website are not eligible to be voided. |
| Management Reports |

Springdale accounting staff provide a variety of management reports for our customers each month, when applicable. Reports can be customized to meet each customer's information requirements. We also provide consolidated data each month directly to vendors in support of discount agreements negotiated. |

| Conferences, Meetings and Group Tours |
| Springdale Travel coordinates numerous meetings each year. Our degree of participation varies with every meeting. For the majority of meetings, we negotiate group rates on airfare and hotels, leaving the specifics of meals, entertainment, etc., up to the client. |
| Reservation Fax & E-Mail |
| Springdale agents are able to fax or e-mail schedule and fare information, along with any needed remarks, directly from each reservation terminal. |
| Travel Insurance |
| $100,000 automatic flight insurance. |
| Ticket Delivery |
| Springdale Travel encourages the use of electronic tickets, which are delivered by e-mail, fax or regular mail. Paper tickets will be sent by overnight courier at client's expense. The overnight delivery charge within the continental U.S. is $10.00 for weekdays, and $20.00 for Saturday deliveries. Overnight packages can be sent from our office until 6:00PM CST, Mon.-Fri. |
| Visa Services |
| Springdale Travel will provide applications to your employees, or applications can be downloaded and printed from the internet at http://www.cibt.com. We submit completed visa applications to CIBT and bill all charges to your company, plus a $25.00 processing fee from Springdale Travel. |
| Traveler Cheques |
| We have most denominations of travelers cheques, including the popular Cheques for Two. We also have the attractive Gift Cheques, which can be used for any special occasion or incentive program. We can order foreign traveler cheques as needed. They arrive at our office via overnight courier. |
