QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Springdale Travel is large enough to support the latest technology involving automated quality control and reservation functions, and small enough to staff competent agents who are not entirely dependent on automated quality control and faring.
 
Quality Control for your company will consist of manual and automated functions as follows:
  • Ticket Components: All tickets will be checked for ticket components, i.e., seat assignments, correct hotel and car rental information and adherence to travel policy agreements, by your agent at Springdale Travel.
  • Lowest Available Air Fare: Each PNR will receive lowest possible fare checks at time of booking and at time of ticketing. When lowest possible and lowest available fares are not the same, the ticket will be wait listed for lower fares.
  • Final Quality Check: All tickets will be checked by the agent assigned to your account at least once after processing and prior to distribution for ticket components, billing and delivery instructions, frequent flyer numbers, etc.
Company Profiles:

Pertinent information regarding your policies, procedures and the specific regulations you want applied to your business travelers are incorporated in an automated Company Profile. As no reservation can be made without first consulting the Company Profile, policy compliance will be ensured. Regardless of where or when a reservation is made, counselors will have immediate access to this data.

 
Individual Profiles:
Springdale Travel has established a database containing key information on individual travelers. To ensure maximum satisfaction, we will access these files each time a reservation is made for one of your employees. (View the sample profile with Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
