Frequent Flyer Account Name Change:

To change the name on your frequent flyer account, fill out this form and submit it to one of the fax numbers listed at the bottom of the page.

View My Itinerary:

If you are already booked, just visit www.checkmytrip.com and supply your reservation number and last name to view your itinerary.

Traveler Profile:

If you need to update your traveler profile with Springdale Travel, please complete this confidential and secure traveler profile exactly as your name appears on your government issued ID (driver`s license or passport) .
