INSURANCE WAIVER

The price for insurance varies with which cruise line you choose, age, package price, and the length of your cruise. Most policies cover you in case of cancellation due to sudden illness, injury, or death within the immediate family. Coverage varies based on policy.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended!

I have read and understand the terms and conditions set forth in my travel brochure and agree to accept them. I also understand the proof of citizenship requirement for this trip. Cancellation/Medical travel insurance policy is available at an additional cost. If you would like more information regarding this policy, please contact your agent. Your travel documents cannot be released until this waiver is received in our office.
