About your Norwegian Cruise

Thank you for booking with Springdale Travel! In order to prepare for your upcoming cruise, you will need your documents and to complete your Online Check-In. You can follow the link below to complete both these items. On-line check in must be completed at least 24 hours prior to sailing. Once you have your documents printed, bring them with you to the cruise terminal and you will be ready to set sail!

Proceed to on-line check in

In order to check in on-line you must have an account, with Norwegian Cruise Lines. If you are not already registered for an account, you can set one up as the first step of the on-line check in process. You will also need your reservation number to check-in. Your reservation number can be found on your invoice in the "Confirmation No." field - it's the last 8 digits. Once all information is completed you will have the option to print out your documents. Please print them out and bring them to the cruise terminal. Pre-Cruise information and information on how to book shore excursions will also be available once you have created your account.
