About your Royal Caribbean Cruise

Thank you for booking with Springdale Travel! In order to prepare for your upcoming cruise, you will need to complete your Online Check-In and print your documents. You can follow the link below to check-in. Online Check-In must be completed no later than 3 days prior to sailing.

Completing Your Online Check-In

Follow the link below to complete your Online Check-In. You will need your reservation number, which can be found on your invoice in the "Confirmation No." field - it's the last 7 digits. Once you have completed your Online Check-In you will have the option to print out your “Set Sail Pass”. Please print out your Pass and bring it with you to the cruise terminal along with your documents.

Here is what you will need for online check-in:

• Personal Information
  (full name, home address, phone number, etc.)
• Citizenship Information
  (passport data, permanent resident card number, etc.)
• Travel Plans After Your Cruise
  (flight number, hotel and car rental details, etc.)
  Note: Required for guests with independent travel arrangements only.
• Onboard Expense Account Information (Sail & Sign)
  Method of payment to set up account

Springdale Travel offers a pre-registration service at $10.00 per passenger. If you would like to take advantage of our service, please contact your agent.

Printing Your E-Documents

For all bookings made after December 13, 2009, Royal Caribbean will no longer be providing paper documents.

About 21 Days before your cruise you will receive an email from Springdale Travel with your cruise documents attached. Please print out these documents and bring them with you to the cruise terminal.

Luggage Tags

Towards the bottom of the main Online Check-In page, underneath the guest names, there is a section entitled "Luggage Tags". If you click on "Request Luggage Tags" you can request to receive personalized luggage tags sent to your home. Request for luggage tags must be made no less than 14 days prior to sailing. For guests who do not utilize this option, there will be generic luggage tags available at the pier.

If you would like to pre-book any of your specialty dining, shore excursions, shows, or more for your Royal Caribbean cruise, please follow this link to the Pre-Cruise Planner. As long as you are paid in full and it is within 90 days of your cruise, you can pre-book many of your onboard activities here. For those of you sailing on Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the Seas, Freedom of the Seas or Liberty of the Seas we recommend pre-booking your nightly shows and specialty dining as well as signing your liability waiver in advance for any on board activities.
